The Freiraumgalerie Halle (free space gallery Halle) will run an „All I/ you can plant“-festival in their neighborhood this year. What you will work on depends on the necessary jobs that have to be done during the event. This depends on the timeline of the festival. Some of your possible tasks are: - building and unbuilding the festival stalls, seating area and stage etc. - creating and putting up decoration - Helping at the festival: selling food, assisting with the program etc. - Urban Gardening: building and planting high beds, planting lawns, putting up green walls - Designing walls – plastering and graffiti workshop

In your free time you can go and explore the Händelstadt Halle, and for example, visit the only salt boiling museum in Germany or the only Beatles museum outside of the United Kingdom. IF the weather gets hot, you have the choice between a number of swimming pools and bathing lakes to cool you down. Try out the chocolate museum and the manufacturer of Halloren or take a weekend trip by train to Leipzig, Dresden, Erfurt or Berlin.

You will have to walk 5-10min every morning to get from the accommodation to your work place. Please bring ideas for arts and crafts and for cooking with you, which you can put into action at the festival.
