2021년 하반기, 전라남도의 섬에서 청년들의 에너지와 아이디어를 필요로 합니다.
다국적 청년들과 함께하는 지역사회의 발전을 위한 봉사활동과 섬에서의 공동체 생활을 통해 여러분의 아이디어가 실현되는 경험을 해보세요!

■ 지원자격
- 만 19~35세의 건강한 대한민국 청년
- 프로젝트에 기여할 수 있는 재능과 역량을 가진 청년
- 국제활동에 필요한 기본적인 영어소통이 가능한 청년
- 공동체생활에서 다양한 문화와 가치에 열린 마음을 가진 청년
■ 모집인원 및 기간
1) IWO-71 전남 보성군 장도 : 5명 (외국인 5명 별도), 7.1(목) ~ 7.10(토) (9박 10일)
2) IWO-72 전남 완도군 생일도 : 5명 (외국인 5명 별도), 7.30(금) ~ 8.8(일) (9박 10일)
3) IWO-81 전남 완도군 소안도 : 5명 (외국인 5명 별도), 8.9(월) ~ 8.16(월) (7박 8일)
4) IWO-91 전남 고흥군 연홍도 : 3명 (외국인 4명 별도), 9.22(수) ~ 9.26(일) (4박 5일)

■ 주요 활동
1) 전남 보성군 장도(7.1~7.10)
- 생물권 보전 지역 이해
- '갯벌 뻘배 타는 어머니' 생활사 인터뷰 및 기록
- 지역 사회 환경 개선
2) 전남 완도군 생일도(7.30~8.8)
- 마을공동체 사업장 경영 개선을 위한 숙박 시설 및 식당 시범 운영
- 지역 사회 환경 개선
3) 전남 완도군 소안도(8.9~8.16)
- 마을카페 경영 개선을 위한 시범 운영
- 청년 재능기부 활동
- 지역 사회 환경 개선
4) 전남 고흥군 연홍도(9.22~9.26)
- 업사이클링 작품 제작
- 작은 비엔날레를 위한 예술 작품 제작 참여(작가와 콜라보레이션)
※ 현지 사정에 따라 활동 내용이 변경될 수 있습니다.
■ 우대 사항
1) 전남 보성군 장도(7.1~7.10)
- 영상 편집 가능자
2) 전남 완도군 생일도(7.30~8.8)
- 음식 조리 가능자
- 게스트 하우스 스태프 경험자 혹은 유사 경험자
■ 모집 일정
- 신청기간: 5.14(금) ~ 5.31(월) 24:00
- 합격자 발표: 6/3(목), 개별 공지
- 캠프리더 교육 : 6/7(월), 오프라인
- 참가자 교육: 6/12(토), 온라인
■ 참가비: 12만원 (최종 합격 후 납부)
■ 참가자 혜택 : 왕복 국내 대중교통비, 참가 인증서 발급, 캠프 기간 동안의 숙식 제공, 여행자 보험 제공, 티셔츠 제공
* 왕복 교통비는 지원 가이드라인에 기준하여 제공됩니다.

Workcamp is an international voluntary service that engages volunteer groups in a wide diversity of community development tasks including environmental, constructional, renovation, social, cultural, and archaeological work. Voluntary work is considered a tool to improve active citizenship, and democratic and personal competitiveness.
We are glad to invite you to the workcamp in islands, Korea. We are conducting several workcamps in Korea in 2021, and 4 workcamps are now open, which will be held in July to September.

■ Qualification
- International youth aged 19 – 35
- People with talent and ability to contribute to the project
- People who can communicate in English
- People with open mind to various cultures and values in community life
■ Project Information
1. IWO-71 Jangdo, Boseong, Jeollanam-do
- Date: July 1st(Thu) ~ 10th(Sat), 10 days
- Number of participants: 10 participants (5 Koreans, 5 foreigners)
- Activities:
◾ Understanding biosphere reserves
◾ Recording unique historical culture of the island
◾ Improving residential environment of the local community
- Preference : People who have experience in editing videos, people who can speak Korean in intermediate level
2. IWO-72 Saengildo, Wando, Jeollanam-do
- Date: July 30th(Fri) ~ August 8th(Sun), 10 days
- Number of participants: 10 participants (5 Koreans, 5 foreigners)
- Activities:
◾ Test operation of accommodation facility and restaurant to improve the management of the village community business site
◾ Improving residential environment of the local community
- Preference : People who have experience as a staff member of a guesthouse, or with similar experience
3. IWO-81 Soando, Wando, Jeollanam-do
- Date: August 9th(Mon) ~ 16th(Mon), 8 days
- Number of participants: 10 participants (5 Koreans, 5 foreigners)
- Activities:
◾ Test operation of the village cafe to improve its management
◾ Talent donation activity
◾ Improving residential environment of the local community
4. IWO-91 Yeonhongdo, Goheung, Jeollanam-do
- Date: September 22nd(Wed) ~ 26th(Sun), 5 days
- Number of participants: 7 participants (3 Koreans, 4 foreigners)
- Activities:
◾ Upcycling work production
◾ Participating in making art works in collaboration with professional artist for the small biennale of Yeonhongdo
◾ Improving residential environment of the local community

■ Recruitment Schedule
- Application Deadline : May 31st(Mon) 24:00
- Acceptance announcement: June 3rd(Thu), individual notice by e-mail
- Participant Orientation: June 12th(Sat), online
■ Participation Fee
-KRW 120,000 per person
-Charged after being selected as participants.
